The Lower Leg-Foot Orthosis by INDESmed is a globally patented product that enables precise adaptation to the patient’s foot during the recovery phase of foot and ankle injuries. This orthosis can be easily converted into a short or long variant using extenders. With just one adjustment point at the back of the walker, the structure can be lengthened and expanded proportionally to fit various shoe sizes with millimeter precision.

INDICATIONS
This product is recommended for immobilizing the lower leg-foot region in a predefined position during therapeutic processes and postoperative recovery for the following conditions:
• Acute ankle sprains and injuries of such nature
• Soft tissue injuries of the calf, stress fractures of the shin and the lateral ligament, as well as the fibula
• Stable fractures in the foot and ankle area, and stable distal fractures of the tibia and fibula
This product is designed to support various medical treatments typically used for the above-mentioned pathologies.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Not suitable for unstable fractures or unacceptable angular and rotational deformities. The product should not be used on open wounds. Please always consult your doctor or pharmacist in such cases.
*Not suitable for patients with EU shoe sizes below 37 or above 46, as well as for patients with skin sensitivity or coagulation-related disorders. Please consult a doctor in these cases.
